History

Phoenix Nova School was founded in January 2025 out of a necessity for a small group of students seeking personalized, Christian education in a caring environment. Recognizing the need for such an institution, directors Dr. Franklin Munroe and Dr. Jennifer Kruzynski embarked on this journey. Dr. Munroe brought a diverse background in science, theatre, and religion; while Dr. Kruzynski contributed her expertise in education, special education, and leadership.

From its humble beginnings, the school quickly gained popularity for its unique approach to education, focusing on the individual needs of each student. By April 2025, Phoenix Nova School had outgrown its initial space and moved into a larger facility to accommodate its growing community. Tripling the size of its student body and adding additional staff members to facilitate their core belief in keeping class sizes small to maximize student growth. Today the school remains committed to offering a flexible and high-quality education that caters to students of all abilities, fostering an inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

Welcome to Phoenix Nova School!

We are your Directors, Dr. Frank Munroe and Dr. Jennifer Kruzynski.

We started Phoenix Nova School to give students a safe place to grow and learn. Our award-winning curriculums teach everything that students would learn in public school (and more), but does so in a way that helps children of all ages, backgrounds and ability levels be able to grow and thrive. This along with our Five Pillars of Excellence make sure that Phoenixes are not only good students, but more importantly, good people.

Just like the Phoenix, we help our students shed the negativity and doubts of the past to build a brighter and more positive future!
